I just wanted to take a moment to share with you how helpful Mr. Will Gillespie was during our car buying experience.  Your dealership was the fourth that we ventured into in our quest for a vehicle.  Our experience with the prior three (3) dealers was not very favorable.  We had a few different vehicles in mind when we set about this purchase and were hoping to be informed and educated by the sales personnel at the various dealerships so we could make an informed and educated decision.  The sales people at the other dealerships were unable to answer our questions and after test driving a vehicle we would go home and do our own research.

    Our car buying experience changed when we drove into your dealership.  We had driven down from Asheville and Will timed our arrival perfectly.  He was in the process of pulling up the car we had called about exactly as we drove in.  He proceeded to copy our licenses, gave us a quick run down on the car and sent us off for a test drive.  After our test drive he was right on hand to answer our questions, run through the numerous safety features and then to answer more questions.  He was both informative and pleasant to work with.  Your dealership was the first dealership that I actually didn't mind buying a car.  I usually find car buying stressful and annoying.  Will was helpful, educated and attentive throughout our car buying process.  We will be recommending him to anyone we know who is in the market to buy a car.  In addition, Chris, the finance person was very helpful as well.

time I asked for a quote on the internet till the time of
purchase.

I had driven Nissan for the past 10 years or so and part
of the reason for the switch was the lack of their
response over the Internet even though I made them
aware that I was prequalified through their finance
company. We all are aware that times are tough every
where, especially in the auto industry and their
lackluster attempt to provide quotes/sales, etc. was a
big turn off.

The internet was a very valuable tool for someone like
myself with limited time during the week to look at
vehicles and an unwillingness to waste weekend time at
the lot shopping for quotes, etc. It gave us a good
starting point and more than likely saved all involved
several hours of negotiations, etc.

In summary, I am very pleased with the whole process
from the vehicle, the sales process, and price."

Hello Marc,
I just wanted to pass this bit of news along:  I bought my 2005 Golf TDI in May of 2007 with 52,000 miles on the odo.  I was headed into work this morning on 85 south and noticed that it was at 99,997 and I was very close to your exit, so I got off there and drove around the block a few times.  I managed to click over to 100,000 miles right at the front of the building!


 
Then when I got back on 85 south to head to work, the road was wide open and almost no traffic in site, and I managed to commemorate the moment with hitting the century mark on the speedo as well  :^)  Farfegnugen!
