    Extremely friendly staff and a great experience. Was also quicker than quoted. As our bonus our black lab was able to come in a wait with us.

    The service of the vehicle was fine, however a mechanic tool was left in my car and there were ants all throughout the vehicle. I’m assuming the windows were left down during the three days it was being serviced and that’s how the ants got in. It was a sloppy experience and I expect more from VW. Also, paying $180 for an alignment seemed very high.

    The Honesty of Mark Miles and Joseph the service advisor, they treat you like family and make sure everything and all of the details of what has been done and what’s left to complete. Constantly touching base with me the customer and Mark is knowledgeable about each vehicle in the service department and what’s been done ( Completely checking inside the shop knowing what the status is on all the vehicles and talking with each advisor and telling them what has been done by the technicians and to touch base with each customer waiting. Extremely knowledgeable and professionally run service department around, His Professionalism and knowledge carries through the entire process and every employee in the service department making each and every employee care about the job they do which in turn you have everyone on the same page which in turn means everybody and everything cares and it’s run like a well oiled machine!!!!! When your vehicle is ready Joseph walks you outside and makes sure everything is completed and clean etc. he will set down inside your vehicle and make sure your happy with the work that was done and completed. Joe even sent me a video of the console top tier was not sliding and it showed the new one was completed and working and sliding perfectly like it was before it would not open and slide to open for charging your iPhone. They also did the recall for the rear camera. The first oil change and service check was also done because of time not mileage it only had just over a thousand miles on it in about 9 months. The entire service department is on the same page and they all care about the customer being completely satisfied!!!!! I could go on and on of how smoothly it runs.
