    I have used the Steve White service dept three times now and the service seems to be better each time. I have never received such a high level of consideration at any other dealer in my life (78). DillonMersereau is as good a service writer as I have ever had, helpful and seemed to really care about me. I will surely ask for him again when I return for my next service

    Service is always very polite and keeps me informed of status of the vehicle. Scheduling is usually easy. Sometimes difficult to get in touch with our service advisor - mailbox full so relying on people to pass a message along. We tend to have some disagreements on what should be considered normal vs a defect (I've worked for another OEM for 20 years in previous position, so quite informed of the warranty process). Still, despite conversations that can get tense, always impressed that the guys manage to be very polite.
