    I was immediately greeted when i drove up and escorted inside to talk to counter person. Everything was reviewed and I was given a time frame. My car was ready close to that time. It is very convenient that there is fresh coffee available.

    I first came into Steve White VW in early June. I was thinking about buying a used Jetta, but Kevin class helped me out and steered me in the direction of a brand new one after looking at the car. I went on a two week vacation and during that time, I exchanged several emails with Kevin. I must also add that my emails were answered promptly and all of my questions at the same time, it was because of this personal attention to detail and the personalized responses that led me back to making my decision to buy from your dealership. Seven days after taking delivery of my Jetta, I took an 800 mile road trip to my home in New York. With 75 miles left in my drive one of the check engine lights came on. I did not expect this to happen as the car was brand new. I did take the car to a dealer in the Buffalo New York area and they helped me out. I communicated this to Tony the sales manager, and he offered his assistance. The Jetta was perfectly drivable, so I decided to get my car fixed when I get back at your dealership and again it’s a result of this personalized attention that I would say I am completely satisfied with the car and the services that were shown to Me
