I am actually very satisfied with the service department ; I am very grateful for having received the 80% discount on the brake repair cost, but I must say I feel terrible about the poor quality of the vehicle I purchased from your company. I had to have the brake replaced with only 16,400 miles, and I was also informed that the front tires needed to be replaced. In my opinion, with such few miles, a car barely two years old, shouldn’t have these problems. I’m very disappointed with the car purchased though your company. I feel my self frustrated.

Dear Steve White Volkswagen Service Team, On June 25, 2025, we had the 30,000-mile maintenance service performed on our VW Tiguan at your Greenville, SC location, which included a tire rotation. However, on June 28, 2025, while traveling to another city, we experienced significant vibration in the vehicle. We immediately contacted your service department but were informed there was no one available to assist us at that time. As a result, we had to stop at another tire service shop along the way and have another tire rotation performed to resolve the issue. After this service, the vibration stopped and the vehicle operated normally. We are requesting reimbursement for this additional tire rotation service, which cost us $60. We have the receipt for this work and can provide it upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your prompt response.
