1st the wiper fluid was not topped off, which makes me question what is the “standard” list of checking fluids. Also, I was not consulted prior to the sunroof “drain cleaning” which was over a $100 item added to total. My opinion, I should have been consulted on anything beyond oil change, tire rotation.

The tech, Edwin, and my service advisor, Tyler were very communicative during the whole process of figuring out what was wrong with my GTI. I’m very happy that the issue was found and fixed and now my car actually drives like it should have the whole time I’ve owned it. Tyler went above and beyond and ordered the flywheel for my car and overnighted it so I could get my car back sooner.
