I had an 11 appointment and I was there for two hours. They offered snacks and coffee and were all so sweet. They kept me updated on a super busy day.l and even offered to get a car service to bring me somewhere instead of waiting.

Scheduled service began on time. Thorough inspection results were communicated. Additional time to complete service was told upfront and my wife was given a courtesy car matching her model to ease the inconvenience. I also really appreciate the car wash as the last touch.

very easy to make appointment. Check in went smoothly. Since it would be a full day of working on the repairs, they arranged an uber to drive me back home and pick me back up when my car was ready.

i skipped on star because i was sold a vehicle with a problem that i was told was normal when i purchased it. the company did make this right after some stress and frustration but the vehicle is now running the way it should be again.

Made oil change appt 4 days before. Arrived early and was told it would take 2 hours! After 2 hours, I checked only to find out that It would be another hour! Asked thenm to bring my car back around and left. Don't have time to spend 3-4 hours for an oil change. Took it to Spartanburg VW the next day and was in and out in an hour. That's more like it!
