Tyler was super friendly and helpful. The service was done efficiently and within the time window given to me. I could wait in the waiting room with coffee. The fact that my vehicle was washed was an added bonus and much appreciated

You can't hit a home run every time. Consider this a PSA (not a negative review) for anyone using the Steve White service center with/for any new or emerging technology. While I was told 2 days to do recall repairs, it took the dealership a week (longer but two days were holidays and one Sunday so we won't count those) because, as they admitted, they didn't know how to the updates correctly. So, don't be a guinea pig like I was. Make certain the repair techs know how to do your needed repairs/updates before you commit to their timeline.
