Sales rep was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. I test drove a car that was not in the budget amount I had in mind and it was fully loaded with a sunroof and the color I preferred. In order to meet the payment amount I had in mind, he worked to get me another car (2024 Tiguan SE) that did not have the sunroof, another feature and a different color but it was on point where I needed the payment. After a few hours, he text me to let me know everything worked out and the payment was where I needed it to be. I was pleasantly surprise when the next text said it was for the car that I test drove. I appreciate the effort and the time he put in to get me the car I really wanted.
