2023 Volkswagen Arteon vs. 2023 Kia Stinger | Greenville SC

2023 Volkswagen Arteon

vs 2023 Kia Stinger in Greenville, SC

Turn up the heat in the new 2023 Volkswagen Arteon, a modern full-size sedan with a love for the finer things in life. You'll find yourself impressed with the Volkswagen Arteon model's long list of enviable features, but the characteristic you'll keep coming back to has to be its design. It's not one to blend in with the crowd —  the Volkswagen Arteon model's available R-Line 20-inch dark graphite alloy wheels and optional LED light bar make sure of it. So does its aerodynamic, streamlined shape and wide stance. Inside, you'll be treated to eye-catching features that do more than just glitter. The advanced Volkswagen Digital Cockpit Pro, for example, serves the driver with eye-level vehicle information on an easy-to-read surface. The heated, multi-function touch steering wheel will keep your hands warm as you guide your Volkswagen Arteon ahead, and the optional power panoramic sunroof adds a refreshing breeze when tilted down and streams in natural light when closed. Really, when you start to add it all together, the new 2023 Volkswagen Arteon is the complete package.

Convinced otherwise? The new 2023 Volkswagen Arteon has several rivals in the (crowded) sedan segment, like the new 2023 Kia Stinger. We've saved you the time and have a table below comparing the two vehicles. Let's take a look together to see how they really stack up.

We sure do love to see all those checks besides a Volkswagen. The new 2023 Kia Stinger, while an admirable sports sedan, doesn't really compare with the new 2023 Volkswagen Arteon. Although both sedans have 300 horsepower on their base models, only the Volkswagen Arteon offers all-wheel drive, so when it comes to performance, we can't say that we're terribly impressed with the "sporty" Kia Stinger. For other categories — such as convenience, comfort and technology — the Volkswagen Arteon again comes out on top. It's the only one of the two that offers a standard hands-free remote power hatch (you'll have to pay for the more expensive Kia Stinger GT2 to get a similar feature) and a three-zone automatic climate control system (the Kia Stinger only offers a dual-zone system). Both vehicles have the luxury of heated front seats and standard wireless phone chargers, but did you see the difference in instrument cluster sizes? The available 10.25-inch Volkswagen Digital Cockpit Pro will display vital driver information much more clearly than the optional 7-inch instrument display on the Kia Stinger.

We dare you to be exceptional — take on the open road in the new 2023 Volkswagen Arteon. You won't regret your decision.
